Power-up the equipment

Tablet

We don't tend to power this up/down. Just flip back the lid and it should come to life.
To get it to sit on its stand, place it with the camera facing downwards and at top left.
Grab the cover at top left and lift it up, towards you then down (ie the face-up top-left corner is now face-down bottom-left corner)
It will magnetically stick in place
Flip the whole cover under the tablet to the other side - that's it!

The Tablet has a 30min timeout before it goes into screen-save
To recover from screen-save double-click (or double-touch) the screen

Keyboard and Mouse

These need the wireless adapter (in the small transparent box) which must be plugged into the USB-C port on the right-hand-side of the tablet
The keyboard and mouse both have 'off' switches underneath

Should the tablet battery be drained, you will need to use the tablet's one and only USB-C port for the power lead and operate the tablet by touch
